Tuning Pegs are made of Brass and Steel for easy tuning and to keep the tuned string held in position. Remember though, new guitars do require frequent tuning

Shipping: We offer ground shipping to the lower 48 Continental US states. We ship FedEx Monday-Friday and deliveries are Monday-Friday only. Once the order is shipped our system is setup with FedEx for them to send you the shipping tracking information if you do not receive please let us know.
Please Note: We do not ship Internationally or to the US Territories, Hawaii or Alaska. We are unable to ship to PO (Post Office) boxes, APO, (Military) boxes or FPO (Foreign Post Office) boxes.
Returns Policy: Please notify as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. We accept returns under certain circumstances: a) if there is a major manufacturers defect, or major shipping damage. b) the claim is confirmed by sending in pictures of the damage with the complaint. c) the complaint with pictures are submitted within 3 days of receiving the item. D) You have received the wrong item in error. All return items need an RMA # to return and If we have agreed to you returning the item due to defect, damage or a shipping error we will send you a FedEx return call tag with the RMA to return the item with no return shipping cost to you.
We reserve the right to either send replacement or refund your money at our discretion after we received the item back. We do not accept returns for a replacement or refund for the following reasons: a) Minor flaws in cosmetics, minor repair work, setup or adjustment to the strings on the string instruments. On buyer’s remorse returns: Request for a RMA needs to be made within 3 days of receiving & payment of a 20 % restocking fee and you will be responsible for paying for the shipping back to us.
