This auction is for a Gibson Epiphone PR350-LH Left Handed Acoustic Guitar. It is in very good overall condition. There are a few very light belt scratches on the back, and some light pick marks on the pickguard. The fretboard is straight and there is no fret wear whatsoever. The guitar has been setup by our in store professional guitar tech, and plays great. It will be re-strung and set up again before it is shipped to the winning bidder!

most singularly beautiful guitars in our Masterbilt Collection. The Masterbilt
Collection was first issued in the early 1930s and were the pride of our
founder Epi Stathopoulo. The Masterbilt line of guitars marked Epiphone’s

The
Masterbilt Story

First released in June 1931, the
original Epiphone Masterbilts made a big impression on musicians from all
styles of music and the new Masterbilts have done the same. The original
Epiphone Masterbilt catalog made the promise: “The possessor of an
EPIPHONE instrument has the assurance that every possible precaution has been
taken to build instruments for lifetime performance and pleasure.” And
that’s still true today!

Though modern building techniques may have improved the longevity of our
Epiphone Masterbilt guitars, the fundamental design, materials, and workmanship
that made Masterbilts superb instruments are still here and can be heard in the
Masterbilt EF-500RA, a “singer’s guitar” with a clear and balanced
tone, fantastic projection, and natural warmth thanks to its solid rosewood
back and sides and a solid Sitka Spruce top. When it comes to acoustic guitar
tone and quality, nothing performs better than an all-solid wood instrument.
The Epiphone Masterbilt line celebrates the best of Epiphone’s heritage by
combining traditional construction methods and features with premium all solid

Epiphone luthiers of the 1930s would recognize the unique sound and feel of
their original instruments brought to life again in our Masterbilt Acoustic
Collection. New Epiphone Masterbilts also benefit from the consistency that
climate-controlled factories provide as well as the knowledge we now have about
what made those classic instruments sound so good. We put that knowledge into
the entire Masterbilt line. While many other guitars in this price class use
pressed backs, spliced neck joints and even artificial wood backs and sides,

Legendary Masterbilt Quality

As with all Masterbilts, the EF-500RA features a solid Sitka Spruce top,
hand-scalloped Sitka Spruce braces, and stunning hand-inlaid Abalone
along with a rosewood bridge and bone saddle. One of the great
attributes of a Sitka Spruce top is that it gets better with age–and
playing time! The EF-500RA’s classic shape also contributes to its great
tone by providing the warm, balanced tone, and mid-range projection.

The
EF-500RA has a solid rosewood back and sides which adds to this
guitar’s legendary tone. The 25.5″ scale mahogany neck joins the body at
the 14th fret and is adorned with carefully cut mother-of-pearl
fretboard inlays. Epiphone’s historic “off-set” headstock has a
“stickpin” headstock inlay. Players looking for vintage tone and vibe
will appreciate the hand-crafted dovetail neck joint and hide-glue
construction as seen in all classic ’30s era acoustic guitars.

Sta-Tite™ 18:1 ratio machine heads, a bone nut and saddle, a tortoise

This guitar was seconded out as an
“NVR”, meaning it needed “No Visible Repairs”. The guitar
looks and plays beautifully and is structurally perfect. It was marked as a
second because on the back of the guitar there is a variation in the Satin Poly
Coat, and some areas of the guitar look more “matte” in the finish
than others. This is only on the back of the guitar and towards the top. In the
photos, this shows up as more of a white area, but in person it’s not actually
white at all, and is hard to notice if you aren’t looking for it. There is also
a small area towards the bottom of the guitar on the back that seems to have a
variation where the wood is very slightly lighter there than on the rest of the
back. Both of these issues are very slight & would be very hard to notice
if you are not specifically looking for them.

packaged in 2 separate boxes and wrapped within each box. We do our best to
ensure that maximum precautions are taken with your guitar to prevent damage
during shipping. Each guitar will ship insured against damage, if upon
receiving your guitar you find it is damaged, please notify us immediately
& we will arrange for a shipping representative to come & evaluate the
damage. In this rare instance please save the original box & all packaging
as the shipping insurance is void without it.

Award
Guitars Return Policy
Award Guitars has a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. Upon receiving
your new guitar if you are unsatisfied with it in any way, you may return it to
us. You must ship it back in the same packaging, packed the same way that it
arrived, and send it via the same method with insurance. Upon receiving the
guitar, if it is in the same condition it was shipped out in, we will issue a
refund of your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.

Guitars At Affordable Prices
Award Guitars is able to offer quality guitars at affordable prices because
each of the guitars we sell are considered “Used” or “Factory
2nd”. These guitars are purchased from a Manufacturer Authorized
Refurbishing facility that meticulously goes over each one & restores each
of them to like new condition. We are often asked what types of things would
cause a guitar to fall into the “Used” or “2nd’s”
category. Most often it is a fairly small cosmetic blemish of one sort or
another that has caused the manufacturer to reject it. I was shown a guitar on
a buying trip once that had been rejected because on of the back of the guitar
there were 2 tiny symmetrical knots that were slightly darker than the rest of
the wood. The reasons for a “Used” or “2nd” classification
can also fall under things such as a small crack in the poly, or the glue in
the fretboard coming loose. In any of these instances the Reconditioning
Facility has fixed these blemishes & restored to guitar to like new
condition. Each of these guitars will be stamped “Used” or
“2nd” on the back of the headstock and be issued a new serial number
by the Reconditioning Facility, but will look & play like new.

Defects
All instruments sold by Award Guitars are free from structural defects unless
specifically mentioned in the auction. We take great pains to be very honest
& upfront about our guitars & will describe & photograph any
instances of structural defects of cosmetic blemishes that we find on a guitar.

This Super Clean Hummingbird is being sold as used per the agreement with the factory and supplier but most likely has never seen the hands of a final owner. Each guitar has been through a 6 step process and has been thoroughly inspected and if necessary refurbished at a Fender Gold Certified repair center, by Fender Gold Silver and Bronze Certified repair techs. Your guitar will come direct from Affordable Music Plus after a final Inspection for our quality control purposes. You’re ultimate satisfaction is my highest priority.

Final inspection had revealed that when Epiphone had stamped this Guitar as Used to avoid warranty claims on the secondary market, the impression of the stamp is a bit deeper then normal. The last picture shows that stamp and the picture looks worse then it is. I don’t believe it is too bad but it is something I wanted a buyer to be aware of. This does not effect playability but I have reduced the price a bit to reflect the damage.

PRICE CHANGE: I have changed my pricing structure a bit. I have reduced the price to $223.93 and put a flat shipping fee of $18.00 on it. This has worked out to be just under half the average to ship a guitar including the boxes, and materials to ship. I had to make a change to this as I lost money on a brand new guitar. Make me an offer I’ve got a little room to work with it. I’ll choose the quickest way to ship based on my cost of $36.68.

This guitar is in nice condition and plays beautifully. I just had a ‘tip toe through the tulips’ type strumming on it for the last half hour in my store ranting and raving about how nice it plays. It has some cosmetic wear here and there(nicks,scratches and what not). Cosmetically it is a 6-7 out of 10. Neck is straight and solid,providing tight action. You will love it!!
